The Ritual

Using clean fingertips or the spatula provided, take a small amount and warm it gently between your fingertips. Apply with light, even strokes to the scar and surrounding skin. Use morning and evening after cleansing. For post-procedure application, begin once the wound is fully closed and your healthcare provider has cleared topical use.

How Much to Use

A small amount goes a long way. For a standard 5 to 7cm scar, a pea-sized amount per application is sufficient. Warming it fully between your fingertips before applying helps the oils absorb into healing scar tissue rather than sitting on the surface.
